Dont They Have MIC/MIP Laws in Florida???
Bieber is 19 years old and Florida's drinking age is 21so why not a charge of minor in possession/consumption on top of the current charges.
Also he should show THC in his blood which in Washington State would be possession of a controlled substance.
It will be interesting to see if they hold court at midnight down the road.
Also if he is convicted he should receive the same respect that some one from the USA who was convicted for DUI in a US court and be deported and not allowed back in our country.
