But the line in "Dogs" which states,

9. Waters has always fiercely critical of lying, cheating, selfish government and business scumbags

So you could apply that song to thousands of people through the years. He still faults the war machine with killing his father. His father's death was the inspiration for The Wall.

Although he was pretty much a complete asshole to the rest of the band for years, I do applaud his continued anti-corporate, anti-war stance.
