Hunter Moore and an accomplice may face a very long jail sentence for their extortion and blackmail.

Hunter Moore is a bully and a misogynist. Hacking into people's email and posting their nude photos online as a form of blackmail is not anything close to free speech. I hope the feds win on every single count of their indictment, for which Moore was arrested yesterday.

2. That's not what "revenge porn" is usually used to mean, is it?

My understanding is that it usually refers to placing obscene images of people - often legitimately obtained by exes - online without their consent, to humiliate them.

This sounds like computer hacking and blackmail, not quote revenge unquote.
