Watch MSNBC Interrupt a Congresswoman for Breaking Justin Bieber NewsYesterday, MSNBC host Andrea Mitchel interrupted a conversation about the NSA with former congresswoman Jane Harman to introduce some breaking Justin Bieber news.
To be fair: Justin Bieber's arrest was the biggest story yesterday (though the most important story was the cannibal rat ghost ship). But there was probably a better way to handle the transition.
