On the airwaves and behind-the-scenes, two major conservative radio hosts are waging a war for the afternoon drive — and the moral high-ground.

A simmering feud between radio stars Michael Savage and Sean Hannity has burst to the surface now that the two men are going head to head in prime drivetime — battling for listeners and advertisers in an already competitive market.

The two pundits aren’t just questioning each others bonafides. It’s not simply a professional rivalry — it’s clearly personal.
“My competitor doesn’t have the capacity to go beyond the Democrat-Republican talking points,” Savage told POLITICO. “That’s all he’s ever done. That’s all he can do. He has no education. I’m just going to lay it on the line, I’m not going to mince words.”

4. Savage is good for a laugh

because he occasionally loses his shit completely. Has a temper and is easily provoked by trollish callers. Sometimes he just works himself into a frenzy without outside assistance. I think he's mentally ill.

Hannity is just dull. He might as well be a line reader for the RNC. It's not entertaining at all because he's clearly in full control/CEO mode and says the things he's supposed to say.

There are yakkers I can monitor, LIMBOsevic and O'LOOFAH on the Wingnut side and Tweety on the Whatever side, but can only take HANNITY in snippets while in the car on errands (not long distance), and this week I heard him refer to a "fake Conservative host" on whom he is amassing a file of dirt, who he said SCHUMER called "the only Conservative host I can talk to," and that he would release the file when the time is right, but in the meantime it contains something about this person vacationing in Fiji and swimming with Alan GINSBERG.

Back at the Google, a simple Search on "Michael Savage Alan Ginsberg Fiji" netted the "scandalous" swimming and references to Savage WIENER wanting to take or having pics of the vacationers nude. EWwww. So much for the FILE Hannity is doing the J.Edgar thing with.

Back when MSNBC was in one of its previous stages of driving me up the wall and had The Savage WIENER on the air, I did some of my basic digging and learned about his change of surname and his flipping from the Left or the bohemian or whatever he was and his pal-ling with GINSBERG and FERLINGHETTI back when. I started calling him The Savage WIENER in posting here, so I'll take credit for that but also for the "R&K" thing in DU2 and "R#&K" in DU3 and a few other little things.

So when I heard HANNITY make the references, I zoomed into guessing that he was talking about Savage WIENER.
