two actions define Rand Paul

The first one was when he was on Rachel and he said that he was against the Civil Rights bill because it told property rights owner that they had to serve and accommodate African Americans. He squarely says property is more important than people. Secondly, he said the free market would have taken care of segregation. The free market had a completely functional system working.

The one is when in med school he would try to tell fellow students the wrong things to study. The=at in essence is cheating and that he doesn't think he has the mental capacity to compete.

This is a despicable human being.

"He squarely says property is more important than people. Secondly, he said the free market would have taken care of segregation. "

...part of his "cigar bar" theory.
