... it was J. Edgar Hoover and remnants of McCarthyists. Everyone was a "commie" to them. If you was a nice person and doing something for the community or your fellow man, you was suspect. And yes, that would be the new meme. Because any time they say the words "communism" or "commies", they are laughed out of the house. That fish is dead. If human kindness is communism, they might as well come and get my arse.

Thanks so much for this historic photo. "Commies", is what the Fascists called them. God-fearing, peace loving and people-loving people, every single one of them. Their work is not done. We will carry on.
