Fast food worker has high BP, headaches, and no ins

She waited on Marta at the counter tonight and mentioned she had a migraine. Marta said she gets them from time to time too. Marta told her that her high BP meds help with hers, and told her to talk to her doctor. She told Marta she has high BP and no regular doctor because she has no health care ins. Marta didn't want to bring up Obamacare in her workplace.
