2. That poor dog

We were trying to catch a flying squirrel trapped in our basement for the past several weeks. I even fed it food and water so it could stay alive until we caught it. Somehow he made his way into the home and drove our dogs nuts for two days before we realized what it was. I saw it run across the living room floor with my dog hot on its tail. I quickly ran over to where my dog had it trapped, and it was laying there playing possum. I called for the hubster to come and rescue me and he picked it up and let it go outside. The poor squirrel scurried off very quickly, unharmed. I hope he's OK in this single digit weather.
