Utah school lunch Nazi says to toss the lunch of kids who can't pay. Well, I'm sure these kids probably got a good , wholesome breakfast at home and will go home to a well-balanced and filling dinner with a belly-filling snack before they go to bed.

Jesus, how can they do this shit? Where is their conscience when they look at the faces of the kids as they toss their lunch into a garbage pail?
