A personal responsibility medical card for those that want nothing to do with the ACA



And to help them with their 'personable responsibility' the dollar amount can't exceed their assets.

That way they can be proud that they won't be drag on the 'merican economy by getting anything from the government.

Most doctors have DNR tattooed on them so that they do not get resuscitated. Statistics aren't good for long term survival.
