Obama has regrets, wonder if Bush does?

Obama regrets bumpy rollout of ACA and for saying you can keep your plan.

Wonder if Bill O'reilly ever asked Bush or Cheney or Condi if they regret not paying attention to warnings about Bin Laden including August daily briefing or if they regret sending us to war in Iraq based on a lie.
