That's people who just get the RSS feed of his account. You can have 50,000 likes on your page but a handful of "followers". Most people don't use it outside of news-trackers and real junkies.

As proof that the tea-baggers really need to get off their anti-public education kick quite a few comments posted on FB or Twitter have bemoaned the "national anthem" being sung in anything but English.

Coke and Pepsi do manufacturer/bottle some, but Dr Pepper is owned by the Dr Pepper-Snapple Company. Coke does own the trademark outside the US in many countries. This is more like a licensing agreement.
