Does NSA have phone and email records of Crispy and staff?

4. I don't know if the NSA keeps the phone records on the strictly domestic calls or if they have the

phone companies still keeping them. The phone companies have kept the records for years. I think they go back 3-5 years. Regardless, the metadata is there if they can get a subpoena for it.
