OK rabbit hole/looking glass, Anderson COOPER has a panel with heroin packets on the table
I guess we're being educated. Some expert or whatever dude is talking about envelops with "stamps" and "brands" and cutting stuff with other substances and obtaining it in alleys and bathrooms.
My first impression was not about education, it was about some stranger version of the movie "Network," that we ain't in Kansas no more (mixing movies here).
