semi-desert to begin with. It might change much about how we live in the next fifty to a hundred years. Maybe some of the large population centers will die out because there won't be enough water to sustain them.

And this area is supposed to be a rain forest!

My suggestion: immediately stop the black op weather programs, you know, the ones that aren't operating yet (Supposedly.)

which will further screw up our ecology. But prepare for Oregon and Washington percent change in population to outpace national average in a big way in coming years.
