I have a question about the ACA insurance...

Say you are unemployed. And you sign up.
Obviously you would qualify for low premiums, right?

So you sign up, and a few months down the road you get a job.
Do your premiums go up because of the job?
How soon would it take the ACA to realize you have a higher income?

Or..vice versa..
You have a job, you sign up, and then a few months later you lose the job.
Where do you go to change your income status? Or would you have to?

If you over report income, they won't do anything to you.
If you under report, they MAY charge you the difference come tax time.

If you don't tell them, they will find out when you file your 2014 taxes

November, BUT if you have a change of financial status, you're supposed to contact your insurance company.
