discrimination against GLBT individuals and organizations, and barring GLBT individuals and organizations from Court access. These bills all seek to provide legal cover to any person, business, organization, or government entity to actively deny public service and goods to GLBT individuals and organizations, under the claim of "sincerely held religious beliefs." Gay people would be denied lodging, food, health care, police protection, Court access, jobs, etc. Basically, these laws will seek to impose a kind of "Biblical law" as a trump card to secular/democratic law. It's the new Jim Crow. It's Stand Your Ground against tax-paying gay American citizens. Taxation without representation. And, denial of "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness." Hate under the guise of religion.
