Roommates. First off, let me say that I haven't had a roommate since


I lived in a college dorm during the Jurassic Era.

And fortunately I'm in a financial position that I don't have to have one now.

But one thing I wonder about--if you get one and s/he is always coming up with excuses when it's time to pay the rent.

Your experiences?

That gives you two months and change to maneuver.

I had roommates during that same Jurrasic era, but I was lucky in that they were always financially responsible types.

I suppose the best advice is to room with a cheap basstid with a savings account; not the person who is always flashing their cash and buying the latest this, that and the other thing on credit....
