Was doing some research on the web and
somehow stumbled onto this article from of all places Faux Business site, about the new CEO and her salary but what caused me to do a double take was this sentence highlight in bold

The president has used GM as an example of successful federal bailout policies started under President George W. Bush that went full throttle under the current administration.
