money for Alison Lundergran-Grimes, Mitch McConnell's challenger. For some reason Rand Paul and Mitch made a mutual survival pact and I think Paul is targeting Bill to help McConnell now. The added bonus is keeping the Lewinsky affair in the press until his 2016 run.
