My husband of 25 years gave me a valentine card swearing undying love and how I have been everything to him, two weeks later he asked for a divorce so he could marry his girlfriend. Not my favorite time of the year. I like Christmas better because my family makes it happy.

Edited to add, this was a decade ago, I am over it and have a different life, just not my favorite holiday. This year IO will be working 12 hours for charity, so it will be a good day.
