I like the heart days, hate the 'thanks for the heart' threads. .

There should be one thanks thread for everyone, and anyone who posts a new thanks thread should lose their hearts, imho. Another option would be to only allow thanks threads in the lounge. Every year GD gets slammed with these silly attempts to entice more hearts by the ops.

3. I think anyone who posts a tread whining about people posting threads

of thanks, should have their hearts taken away.

And my impression is that the people who post threads of thanks are sincere and not angling to get more hearts.

Once again, let me take the opportunity to thank those who have given me a star.

(oh, and I'm just kidding, I don't think anyone should have their stars taken away)

One more thing, I'd rather see threads thanking people for the stars than half the things posted in GD.
