Use "whomever" only if neither correlative is in the nominative case.

("she" + "her" or "her" + "she" = "whoever"; "her" + "her" = "whomever".)

Indian Standard Time (India, absurdly, has a single time zone), which means out west here the sun passes overhead at about 2pm. On that note, I have a Hindi class to get to now...
