If a corporation has the religious right to decide over an employee's healthcare...

Presumption: A corporation may refuse to pay for specific healthcare-options of an employee, because forcing them to do so would violate their religious rights.

Now this:
http://www.dailykos.com/story/2014/02/14/1277641/-Missouri-lawmaker-introduces-bill-allowing-familes-to-opt-out-of-learning-evolution

Imagine, one of those kids, who learns that evolution is fake, lands a job at a company.
If "the company" does "believe" in evolution, it would violate their religious rights to tolerate and support a non-believer among their staff and they would be able to fire him on that reason.

Is my reasoning correct?

which was publicly traded. What is the "corporate person's" religion? Is that decided by the Board of Directors? Is it decided by the shareholders who own stock? lol Do these corporate "people" now have to vote and decide on their religion? ABSURD.
