are having a really good discussion of the case. The anchor is livid and in disbelief of the utter stupidity of the jury.

in this case?

782.04 Murder.—
(1)(a) The unlawful killing of a human being:
1. When perpetrated from a premeditated design to effect the death of the person killed or any human being;

What not go for aggravated manslaughter of a child. The same charge they could have gotten on Zimmerman.

)(b) commits aggravated manslaughter of a child, a felony of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084

That results in life in prison as well. You only need to show negligence even though there you need to have something between these two. Shooting into a car full of teenagers is not negligent - it is much worse, but is it premeditated?

If you people don't like what the verdict is you need to step back and take a deep breath,because of presumed innocence is what the jury is deciding on.

Kiss my ass Ashleigh! I know this is about msnbc but I 'm watching CNN at the moment. She says Dunn was afraid that is why he shot his gun..
