The jury has yet another question. The question is, if they cannot reach a verdict on one count is the whole trial a mistrial. The judge's answer was no. There would only be a mistrial on that one count.

I hope it's guilty on the attempted murder charges, so he can be tried again. C'mon Florida, work with me here! Dont let this guy out to prey upon the youth of America. Please.
