I didn't know Bush said that. I suppose I shouldn't be surprised; after all, he started an illegal war against them. It doesn't get much more hateful than that. But his rhetoric stateside was quite different. It was all about helping the Iraqi's build a new government. Our media failed us miserably during that whole thing. Embedded reporters -- and they just went along with it. They're fucking useless.

5. My newspaper took Doonesbury out of my Sunday paper

and replaced it with Dick Tracy (yea, I'm serious). Not sure why but were probably sick of dealing with yahoos who threatened to end their subscription if they saw another antiBush cartoon. Oh, well, I just get the Sunday paper of which I probably read 20% of it on average.
