Murder1 is premeditated and this was more the act of the moment and that usually warrants Mans 1..... Let's see how he is charged. Could be though.


Another irrational moment involving a gun that cost everyone. The guy is locked up till whenever. His family will be devastated. The kid is dead, that family will be devastated. The other kids will endure a trial, death threats, all of that, all because this guy thought "stuff" was more valuable than a human life. And he possessed a gun. Wonder how he feels about that right now?
