Man in Kansas bar called "Shot Time" accidentally shoots himself, another patron w/ concealed gun.

No, really.

A Kansas man accidentally Second Amendmented himself in the thigh and shot another person on Saturday morning at a bar called – wait for it — the Shot Time II in Wichita, Kansas. The other man was described as a victim of aggravated battery.

The unidentified man accidentally discharged a firearm inside the bar, then the bullet went into his thigh and then into the thigh of another victim. The man obviously took the name of the bar literally.

Otherwise, this could have been a crime. Nothing to see here. Another innocent person pays the price of getting shot for assholes all over this country. Let's put HEAVY regulations on ammo. If we can't take them away, let's make it impossible to load.

I guarantee you that more people in that bar have been hurt by alcohol than guns...

If it had been a concealed rifle, the likely angle may have caused him to shoot someone in the head.

It's a good thing he went armed to a bar.
If he'd been in church, he might have shot a little old lady.

It's a good thing it wasn't a single-shot.
If it had been, he'd have been in too much pain to reload before the rapists got him.

It's a good thing he wasn't concealing a knife.
Otherwise, the other guy might have gotten away with it.

It's a good thing he shot himself and the other guy in the thigh.
That might be the only thing that stopped him from shooting them both in the heart.

If only he'd had a hundred round magazine, it might have jammed after the first shot.

Once told me that the average working class person would never recover financially from a critical but non-fatal gun shot wound. Of course, that was before Obama Care so I don’t know that is still true. this has always been one of my main concerns about gun ownership—innocent persons facing financial ruin from being shot by an idiot.
