Man tossed ex-girlfriend's teen daughter in Dumpster after killing her
The body of teenager Claudia Ann Lucero was found by two women who were collecting aluminum cans.
A 31-year-old man has been busted for sexually assaulting, killing and tossing in a Dumpster the 14-year-old daughter of his former girlfriend, cops in Mesa, Ariz., said Tuesday.
Only Monday had police publicly identified Claudia Ann Lucero as the girl found dead in a garbage bin early Friday morning. The girl was last seen about 6:30 a.m. Thursday and was reported as a runaway by her mother at about 10 p.m. that night, KTVK said.

Cops say Lucero’s mother once dated Madrid, who lived with the family but was recently kicked out. He reportedly touched Lucero inappropriately, prompting the breakup.
