American Petroleum Institute sends a letter to SOS John Kerry that Keystone Will Have Little

Apparently API is also calling people to ask if they can add their name in support with the letter. Our land line, in Texas, got a call asking us to press 1 to add our name. This was a robo call that other Texans got also; do not know about people in other states.
