1. Reminds me of this quote from Sinclair Lewis:

"When tyranny arrives on our shores, it will come with a flag in one hand, and a bible in the other"

I happen to be an outspoken gun person, but I don't claim to know what, if any, weaponry Jesus might have if he returns.

Of course, that's assuming Jesus was a real person, which I strongly doubt.

4. Why would Jesus only have a semi auto weapon? Seems to me the Son O' God would

be packing some major full auto firepower. I could see Jesus carring a minigun with a packpack full of belt fed ammo.

But why screw around with a wimpy gun when he could just hurl bolts of lighting at those he wants to smote!

What would Jesus carry?

I may be an atheist and thus not believe in any 2nd coming, but even I know the answer to that is "the sins of mankind".

If you think Mr. O'Nazareth would have any kind of weapon, you've missed the point about him entirely.

Kinda tired of "Christians" who entirely rewrite their deity and then call atheists "arrogant".

10. Only the wimpy Jesus would carry an AR-15

When Jesus comes back, he will:

1) Be a white Republican
2) Wear a dark suit with a red tie
3) Carry an M16, and twin 44 desert-eagles with bandoleers slung over each shoulder
4) Will be an American who speaks only english
6) Will have a “TAXATION IS THEFT” placard slung over on his back
7) Have a headband with an 800 number on where to send him all your money
8) Carry a large paddle inscribed with: “Bring unto me the little children”
9) Will loudly advocate executing more people more often, more painfully, and more quickly
10) Will hate gay people very VERY much

<---if that is needed

12. That would be an interesting personality change for Jesus.

The New Testament is full of stories where Jesus never has any weapons. However, his Disciples were often armed.

Ignoring the fact that an AR-15 is not an assault rifle....

Israeli-made, and all...

Of course, asshats like Boykin probably buy into that whole "blonde-haired, blue-eyed Arayan Jesus" bullshit...

But he's Jesus...If he wanted to, couldn't he just point to people and have them struck by lightning or something?

If one is in search of the unlikely, why not go all the way? Barnum was not the first prophet, but he nailed a big one.
