Fracking and how it can destroy your neighborhood

http://www.dangersoffracking.com/

It is an interactive way for those that don't understand the process. I hope this helps show how this is really a bad idea because I always thought that fracking would be a last resort of our species when it comes to finding energy. We currently have a vast array of other energy sources but the zeal with which we dive right in with fracking scares me and saddens me at the same time. The assumption that since the toxic mix used in fracking is so below the surface it can't be harmful to us is laughable. The reason being is no one fully understands the geology of this earth as there are still gaps in our knowledge and how water is stored and concentrated under the earth's surface.

Always question and be skeptical when someone is always sure about the consequences of fracking. More likely than not they are making several big assumptions.

takes only a minute to get a better grasp of the process through this graphic.

Recommended, if you don't understand fracking and want a quick & easy tutorial.
