Here we go again. Another police shooting, another video, more questions of police brutality

Red Rock Canyon, Las Vegas, Nevada. Another person needlessly blown away under questionable circumstances.

Here's the story and the video:

http://www.reviewjournal.com/news/grieving-father-fatal-red-rock-police-shooting-i-won-t-accept-it

The wife and I live just a few miles further down the highway from where this happened. The video is just insane to watch as i have had personal dealings with the BLM officers involved. One of them i affectionately christened with the name "Commander McBuzzcut". He is a total fucking asshole and a bully. The BLM camps out on highway 159 for the sole purpose of revenue generation, busting anyone who exceeds the speed limit by 1 MPH, no joke.

The video shows them more or less toying with the victim, missing numerous opportunities to get him under control. The officers claim he was going for a shot gun inside of one of the patrol vehicles, so gee, they had to pump 9 rounds into him at a distance of three feet.

Here's the problem i have with that BS story from the BLM:

1. Shotguns in patrol vehicles are electrically locked with additional mechanical backups. If you want it that bad, you need a blowtorch

2. Even if he wanted to drive away, he couldn't. Even though the motor is running in a patrol vehicle, there is an interlock that prevents you from getting it into gear.

This is truly insane. My biggest fear is that it's going to get a lot worse before it gets better.

However, once you try getting the gun(s) out of the cop cars, you have pretty much sealed your fate.

There seems to have been lots of missed opportunities for the cops to get him into cuffs.

I have seen plenty of police cars that didn't have any "interlock" device for the ignition and the weapon rack was accessible by the press of a button on the console.
