Just turned the thing on to get myself good and fired up to go early vote and saw her talky-talking point about the scourge of a minimum wage raise and Obamacare...
She was on last week too. Bleh.

(37,999 posts)Mika just said her name. I guess Joe couldn't handle the awesomeness of Thomas Roberts and made the suits bring Wallace in to buttress his opinions.
Damn, she's horrid.

(3,871 posts)two hoots for her, at least IMO. She sort of blows off whatever Nicole has to say and moves on.LOL..

(63,903 posts)screech. She should take a note from Rachel who is quite forceful but doesn't screech. Voice training would help her get her message across more effectively.

(31,464 posts)She has become a regular panel member, helping Joe spew his GOP talking points. She came on after the Dan Senor/Campbell Brown GOP duo went to CNN.

(268,949 posts)She's detestable - JoeScum started off this morning saying he agreed with Jindal because Harry Reid had called Bush a LIAR and a war criminal.
Harry Reid actually spoke the truth so what exactly was the problem there.

(61,694 posts)is that, according to Steve Schmidt, she despises Sarah Palin. At least she's smart enough to spot One narcissistic ignoramus.

(32,969 posts)She has been on that show off and on for months. From Wikipedia "... communications chief during the presidency of George W. Bush and in his 2004 re-election campaign. In 2008, Wallace also served as a senior advisor for the McCainPalin campaign." Her question to Gov. Malloy was definitely a set up to try to get a soundbite for her political masters.

(32,969 posts)It seems that while she worked for 43, his being called a war criminal bothered her a lot. Gotta wonder why Phil Griffin hired her.

(5,842 posts)I recall them starting to rerun the first 15 minutes (through the first break) some time back. If they're running the full hour at this point it must be that the powers that be finally realized that Joe only has about 88 minutes of material (give or take - not counting commercial time) in him per day.

(32,969 posts)I imagine the weather and cut away from segment end shots are fresh. I was in & out of the TV room after I posted so I'm not sure. You are so right Joe doesn't have all that much in his head.

(5,842 posts)Morning Joe used to have a pretty varied and deep "bench" when it came to panelists who would appear during the week. At one point you wouldn't see the same "guest" panelist more than an hour or so during the week.
It seems that over the years they have lost a lot of that "bench" and now have the same 3-4 who appear a couple of times a week each (Wallace and Harold Ford among that group) and who stay for most of the show.

But Wallace is MSNBC's more attractive version of the Fox Liberal....Someone who has a particular ideology, but is deemed harmless.
She went after Sarah Palin a couple of years ago, which made her okay for MSNBC's hosts. Rachael Maddow has frequently had her on, and generally treats her like an old buddy.
