Mitt Romney, Goldman Sachs and Bain Capital Served Summons for Racketeering

Our lawsuit versus Mitt Romney, Goldman Sachs and Bain Capital (et. al.) is now in its 130th day. Over a week ago (in a timely manner) we served the Summons of Complaint upon the Defendants.

I used 2 different parties to attempt service on Mitt Romney.
Proof of attempted Summons service and delivery to Mitt's attorney - (here).

Proof of Summons Service upon Goldman Sachs (here).

Bain Capital Proof of Summons service - (here).

More to come - and they have to answer within 21 days.

1. Aren't we allowed to confiscate from racketeers?

2. Currently - GSachs, Bain and Romney - are Above the Law; but I'm hoping to change that.

Yes - in Criminal RICO - Feds (under Fed. Rule 65(a)) - can seize organized crime assets of RICO.

However;

This case is Civil RICO (me being a "Private Attorney General&quot and I'm suing them to get back what they stole.

But - my case doesn't prevent the feds from (finally) doing their job.

4. It's about to get real. They CAN'T answer (as they are guilty). So I expect a mountain

of attorneys coming forth with a plethora of reasons why the case should be dismissed.

Judge already warned me it would - unless I get my "legal" (Fed Rule of Civil Procedure) - act together.

There will be a NEW amended complaint motion next week.

Hopefully - I'm still here to see this through.

8. I was "instructed" that RICO cases are hard to prove and to OVER prove it in my complaint

Well - that turns out to be hogwash (likely a scheme to make me fail).

Problem is, everyone (including the court) expects a victim of organized crime to be able to write better than Hemingway, tell a story better than Vonnegut, have a PHD in English and graduate summa cum laude in Law.

The truth is - I didn't even graduate High School.

But - I'm tenacious - even if the judge dismisses, I can refile.

I'm hoping though - that (as I've served everyone) - the court will read my next (much short complaint)

and so OKAY!
