After a hit-and-run.
CALEDONIA, Wis. Caledonia police said a man was arrested Monday for his 26th offense of operating with a suspended license.
According to the police report, officers responded to a report of a hit-and-run crash on Douglas Avenue around 5:50 a.m. Monday
