1. not sure what the story has to do with the supremo's latest rights eviceration....

and just to be clear, the latest supremo's decision still requires consent from a tenant. bottom line is that all the police need in practice is permission from a single tenant. if a roommate objects, the police can wait until that tenant leaves, or simply arrest and remove that tenant, then get permission from the one remaining, agreeable tenant.
