It's more of "how big a change from another region" kind of thing, rather than most popular.

Funny, I know most of the people and groups in other states.

Ho hum, off to You Tube...

ETA: Ah, twang music. Nice enough voice, sappy lyrics. I keep a Spanish station on the car FM because it's better than Clear Channel oldies or country and those are the main other choices.

Greater Bonner County has gone to the right of teabagger, but the city of Sandpoint is fairly progressive.

My music library seems like it stalled out around 1982, so there you have it.

Damn, I'm out of touch with music. Oh well, I think I still have my old Simon & Garfunkel 8 track around here somewhere.

She's from Hong Kong. She may have popularity here because we have a large Asian population.

It looks like the guy just picked his fifty favorite bands and stuck them on states at random.

Take Idaho. Please. His pick is Tegan and Sara? Somehow I think the Canadian Indigo Girls are not as popular as Garth Brooks here. (Somehow I think no one in Idaho ever heard of Tegan and Sara - I had to look them up.)
