5. I've seen that term before

In all places a Batman comic book that reimagined Batman and his supporting cast as living in the 1930s. The Joker was the leader of a KKK-like White Supremacist group who wore hoods. He ranted about the Jews, Bolsheviks, and Homosexualists.
