6. The US has collected Putin's DNA from material he has handled while having meetings with US

representatives over the years. Putin's DNA and other genetic material can be easily tracked using the very secret satellite electronic radiation sensing code detectors. There is no longer a need to place a tracking device on anyone. All humans are unique and each generate a unique electronic impulse. The genetic code also has an electronic marker and when the electronic impulse is triangulated with the unique DNA impulse identifying an individual human target is simple. Then it's a simple matter of eliminating the target.
