Neither has the insanity to directly attack Russia. Their oligarch bosses wouldn't allow it either, global nuclear war is really bad for profits. War is only good for them if it stays far away, like Iraq.

The only difference might be that we would be spending even more on our bloated military, and we probably would be bombing Syria.
