The sly jab at Hillary Clinton

today on Morning Joe, Scar quoted peggy noonan's column praising Kerry's work as SOS and making a dig at Hillary in the process. Scar naturally had to present her column as "balanced" in praise of Kerry but reinforcing, just by repeating it, the slam of Hillary.

I see. So this is what the Ukraine crisis means to repukes now: another chance to attack Hillary's work as SOS. Tear her down in advance of her possible candidacy in 2016.
