That seems to be the consensus view among people who know the guy, at any rate. Words like “unhinged” are being used to describe the man after a truly fruitcake-esque news conference yesterday.

Of course, even if he is bugf*** insane, he’s still a crazy motherf***er with lots of guns, bombs, nukes, and ICBMs, one of which Russia just tested. Coincidentally, of course, no connection with the recent Ukrainian unrest, noooo, this test was long-planned by the Kremlin, well before the current situation erupted.

This begs the question: what if said Ukranian situation was also long-planned by the Kremlin? In that case, Pooty-Poot could indeed be crazy, but perhaps crazy like a fox.
