Christie goes to his right in speech to CPAC, mocks income inequality push

Saddled with scandal and branded a moderate by fellow Republicans, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie checked all the boxes in a Thursday speech to his party's ideological core.

Addressing a packed hall at the annual Conservative Political Action Conference in Oxon Hill., Md., Christie ripped Washington politics, President Obama and the media while embracing the right to life, fiscal restraint and a national defense.

Rips gov't in general, gov't spending, Obama, is anti-choice, preaches fiscal restraint except when it comes to defense spending. But, "we've gotta start talking about what we're for," cuz, "our ideas are better":

"The fact is, we've gotta start talking about what we're for, and not what we're against. for one simple reason," Christie said, "our ideas are better than their ideas, and that's what we need to stand up for."
