Which is more Outrageous! Outrageous!

Two allegations. Only one prompted the immediate forced resignation of the head of the respective agency (who wasn't in charge of the agency when it happened and had zero to do with it), announced by the President as a way to keep Fox News from being mean maintain public trust, .
