Protect and Improve (not 'fix')

It seems probable that most people running in 2014 on "fixing" Obamacare will be Democrats. (Most Republicans will run on eliminating it.)

If someone really needs a catch-phrase, try "protect and improve."

"Protect" sounds friendly enough.

"Improve" is always welcome in anything.

"Fix" means you voted for some thing that already needs "fixing." Nobody will vote for you on that basis.

Few people apologize their way into winning elections.
