I'm hoping all banks and CU's are aware of this and resolving it.

They probably are, since they're the state employee CU, but I'll be asking next time I go in. I've got some things to take care of anyway.

when it accepts your card, has this stiff, jittery motion, then that is part of the anti-fraud hardware and software.
