updated to add-
xlnt suggestion found in the tubes:
A single day, coordinated event in which every Democratic office holder every single one devotes a considerable chunk of the day preferably at the same time to raising awareness of the importance of registering and voting.
President Obama holds a press event/conference to kick it off, followed by the hugest TV ad buy in the history of TV ad buys, accompanied by a million people wearing the same t-shirt, handing out ice-cream and hot dogs along with the voter registration forms and flyers bearing the simple, single message: There are more of us than there are of them, so FUCKING REGISTER AND FUCKING VOTE, YOU FUCKING IDIOTS, OR THE FUCKING ASSHOLES WILL REMAIN IN CHARGE and continue to erode your rights and our society.

The Dems should run ads or memes on FB directed at youth about issues that they care most about ....like GOP trying to take away minimum wage, etc.
